Obama Appointed Judge Issues Ruling To Stop Trumps Halt on Asylum Seekers

In a move that should surprise none of us, the leftist court is at it again, a federal judge appointed by Obama in 2012, Jon S Tigar, issued a temporary halt on Trump’s order to hold all Asylum applications until he could sort out the migrant mess.

In a ruling yesterday he moved to put a hold on Trump’s temporary asylum seeking until the federal government can sort out the abuse we see of this.

What we in reality have is another Obama activist judge who put in place a halt on this order for the next couple of months, conveniently put in place to enable the migrants at the border now to be able to come in.

The constitution and the US law gives Trump clear authority to do this; he should ignore the ruling or appeal it to a appeals court, have an injunction placed against the Judge’s orders, then proceed as he was.

But what we have presented here is the same problem we saw with the so-called Muslim ban and other moves by Trump that have again and again been overruled by activist judges appointed by Clinton or Obama who think their job definition includes legislating from the bench, it is time to start bringing these justices that are in clear violation of the separation of power to be brought up on impeachment charges and have them removed from the bench, and do so quickly so it can pass through Congress before the Democrats come in and refuse to do anything.

It is time we demand from our legislators that they do something about these judges, while I support the law, and support the work judges do, that is within the confines of their constitutionally defined responsibility, no judge should have the right to rule beyond that, and if found doing this should be removed from the bench for violating this trust.

We need to bring the laws of this nation, and the separation of Powers the way the founding fathers intended, not the way some modern liberal or conservative desires, the system has worked well until lately, and that is due to the abuse of it from within.

We need to not only demand a separation of power, even if you do or don’t like this current president, putting in place a hold on asylum until they can sort out and fix the abuse that is plaguing our system is within the confines of the Presidents authority.

Asylum is something that should not be used for any other means then you are in danger due to the actions of the government you are fleeing, this has nothing to do with the fact that you are poor or want a better life, that is not what asylum was created for.
