Transgender activist Outraged When Comedian Mocks Him/Her For Being Turned Away By A gynecologist
‘No @rickygervais I’m not allowing this’
The outrage is growing with this activist group, how dare someone laugh about them being rejected for not having female parts.
The one leading this outrage, Jessica Yaniv, is the same person who was turned away from a gynecologist for not inspecting him/her for ovarian cancer. I guess there are no ovaries never occurred to this person, was the doctor supposed to fake it? My wife said he should have rushed him/her to surgery, say he can’t find the ovaries, now he will have to go in and search for them.
Needless to say, the reaction to this was rather swift after this activist went on social media to complain about this:
- “That’s because you are a MAN!”
- “You’re playing make-believe. Real doctors don’t have time for that foolishness.”
- “You need a psychiatrist and a rubber room.”
- “You should sue them. I can represent you because I self-ID as a lawyer. Only $10k an hour. Upfront.”
- “So a car mechanic that I got referred to literally told me today that ‘we don’t service nuclear submarines.’ And me, being me, I’m shocked.. and confused… and hurt. Are they allowed to do that, legally?”
- “My gyno refuses to give me a prostate exam. Says I don’t need one. I’m shocked, confused, and hurt.”
- “My local art gallery refused to change the oil in my car. Can they legally do that? Should I sue?”
- “Awww desperately seeking someone to sue again.”
One would think someone with male parts running into a gynecologists’ to get examined would have a great sense of humor, turns out this is not the case.
I guess we should not be surprised; leading this outrage is Jessica Yaniv, who encouraged topless swim parties for children as old as 12. He/she also filed lawsuits against salons because the woman did not want to handle his genitalia for waxing. This set off a tweetstorm when he made personal attacks about her female parts; she retorted, “at least I have a uterus, you fat ugly man.”, this got her banned from Twitter.
“It’s disgusting that a qualified gynecologist can refuse to check a lady’s c**k for ovarian cancer. What if her bollocks are pregnant? She could lose the baby. I’m outraged,” Gervais tweeted.
Yaniv seemed mum about the slight — but now it appears the trans activist is fighting back.
Upon hearing the news that Gervais is performing in Vancouver, British Columbia, this summer, Yaniv said no way:
Of course, Gervais is fresh off burning leftist Hollywood to the ground in a no-holds-barred Golden Globes monologue Sunday, and demand for his comedic services is higher than ever — which makes Yaniv’s declaration a bit silly.
But don’t expect the trans activist to do nothing, as Yaniv has created a kind of cottage industry of personal outrage.
Last year, Yaniv filed numerous human rights complaints against salons that refused to wax Yaniv’s male genitalia. And while British Columbia’s Human Rights Tribunal determined Yaniv’s complaints were “divorced from reality” — and the trans activist was ordered to pay $2,000 to each of three respondents in the case — Yaniv is at it again.
Yes, the activist recently launched a new complaint against a salon run by immigrant women of the Sikh faith, the National Post said. Seems the salon turned down Yaniv’s waxing request, saying it only serves females — and further rejected the request because of “religious, cultural and safety reasons,” the paper added.
As of Friday afternoon, Gervais hasn’t tweeted a response to Yaniv’s threat to shut down his show — but it will no doubt be entertaining if he does.
Here’s a SkyNews commentary about Yaniv’s complaints against the salons last summer:
